As I visit companies and discuss R18LabQMS one of the first questions I ask is “How do you keep your Quality Management System organized?”
More often than not, they respond by telling me they struggle keeping all required documentation organized in one location. In some cases, each area (asphalt, emulsion or aggregate) has its own department or location with different management which can be more of a challenge keeping all QMS records organized.
R18LabQMS having the ability to create satellite laboratories has stirred lots of discussion on the most effective way to organize this structure that will best suit the requirements of the industry.
Our goal is to listen to all users and continue with improvements that will make the application the best tool available.
